CanPro is pleased to announce its first partnership, with Toiture Perreault, a leading re-roofing business serving the greater Montreal area. Founder and President, Vincent Perreault will continue to be involved in the business, focusing on expanding its footprint within Quebec.

Meet the CanPro Team
Nicolas brings nearly 10 years of finance and accounting leadership experience across public companies and entrepreneurial environments. A CPA (Québec), he has led financial reporting, governance, internal controls, and transaction support in complex, high-growth organizations with international exposure. As Vice President, Finance at CanPro Roofing Partners, he drives disciplined financial management and builds scalable foundations that enable growth with clarity and confidence.
Nicolas Lafond

Dino brings over 25 years of experience in real estate and construction, having held leadership roles across entrepreneurial businesses and large multinational organizations. His career has focused on leading transformation, innovation, change management, restructuring, and being a brand and culture builder. Most recently, he served as CFO at Flynn, where he played a key role in supporting the company’s growth across North America, driving impactful strategic initiatives.
Dino DiVito
President and CEO
Pranit has 10 years of mergers and acquisitions experience across facility services, software and financial services. He has gained experience working in both Toronto and New York as an investment banker and private equity investor. He grew up supporting his family's business during the Summers and is excited to help business owners with succession planning and transition when partnering with CanPro, contributing meaningful long-term value.

Charles brings over 10 years of experience in human resources and labour relations within large, complex unionized organizations. A trusted executive advisor, he has led numerous strategic mandates in collective bargaining, post-acquisition integration, and organizational transformation. Charles is recognized for his ability to align people strategies with business objectives, strengthen labour relations frameworks, and support sustainable growth and organizational performance.

A strategic leader across many industries, Kelly has held leadership and Board positions in the roofing industry for the past 15 years. She has served as CEO for three different roofing companies, two of which were PE-backed: North American Roofing Services, Florida-based Crown Roofing and Shore Capital Partners platform Skycrest Roof Co. She has helped lead 7 transactions in the space from either a Board role or as an Operator.
